Trying to replace a fuseable link. How do I separate the fuse box to put in the new fuseable link?

There are 8 or 9 clips around the fuse box holding it together. Each clip set seems to have 2 clips. I have already unbolted the fuse box from the car.

Carefully one at a time. You will need several small pocket screw drivers to work them up without breaking them.

Ok, well I got the fuse box separated. Now the problem is actually getting to fuse able link. I cant seem to get enough room under there to get to the link.
