does the alarm remote have a chip which requires the car battery to have charge in order for it to work,,,,,cause the battery is completely dead and now the remote for the alarm does not work and I can find a way to open the hood,,to change the battery,,,,How do I do this,,,,open the hood without having to use the remote?
