They didn't go through the windshield to replace the dashboard. It all started out with apiece of molding next to the dashboard right next to the dashboard that had sunk down and I wanted it replaced. The dealership scratched and dented my dashboard and said they would replace it. Now they replaced it with a DIFFERENT color so it doesn't even match the bottom of the dash and the console is sticking out not flush like it should be. Completely unacceptable job. How do I go about getting this corrected? The dealership caused the damage. Any suggestions? I am one UNHAPPY person. The car is still brand new. Only 16,000 miles.

I guess its time for court proceedings-take it to a higher level, dealership cannot fix its own mistakes, who won't be happy-Contact BBB and see what they can do-

Just to add to this one another thing you can try is sit down with the service manger of the dealership and see if you can resolve it that way.A lot less hassel and time then court.

Thanks! Meeting with the general manager at the dealership that ruined my dash tomorrow and they seem to be very compliant. I think this can be resolved through them. Thanks for your info
