Nissan Quest Roof Problem
My van has a sunroof and the sliding interior cover has come out of the track on one side. How do I get it back in the track so it slides as it should and it stops rattling?

The job would entail removing the sunroof unit and that would take a lot of effort, time and if anything is not done correctly, it might result in more problems later.
One thing you can do is try to bend the sunshade and try to gently force it back on track.
