2008 Mercury Mariner Hybrid Repair Question

My Mercury Marinier Hybrid 2008 is making a funny noise when the car runs in regular mode (not hybrid).
I think it has to be somehere near the belts and pulleys - I have uploaded to youtube -

Hmmm good question - I think it still is, I bought it new in May 2008 and it only has 30K miles on it. Do I just take it to a dealer? Can it be a Ford Dealer, not sure if the Mercury Dealership is close by. Also, it doesnt matter where I take it right? I bought it in another state.
