The TPMS is located behind the valve stem?

When rotating tires is there a particular place where the value stem should be located on the hub 2008 Kia Optima. The TPMS light is staying on after I rotated the tires. Was not on before rotating.

That means there is a trouble code stored and you will need a TPMS scanner to read the code.
