Sometimes the power steering gets hard to turn wheel, fluid ok, belt ok, if I rev it up off idle it seems to work better.

Honda doesn't recommend an auto tensioner replacement at a specific mileage. Also, serpentine belt replacement is due at 105,000 miles. Sounds like possible clogging reservoir screen or a fault in the pump or rack.
