Honda Accord Catalytic converter Problem
I have a soot coming out of tail pipe , and on the dipstick ,what can cause that?

Soot coming out of means a bad catalytic converter and rich running condition.
I don't think you would find soot in the engine. That is sludge, due to use of oil treatments and/or lack of oil changes.
