2008 Honda Accord LX - Front Brakes Squeak in reverse.
2008 Honda Accord LX, My fornt brakes squeak when in reverse. There is no sound when I am driving in forward. What could be the cause of the same and a possible solution?

Have the brakes inspected. You could need front pads/rotors.

on the brake pads there is a small piece of metal which is responsible to warn you when the width of pads is very low. This piece of metal should be on the up side and not down.

I recently got the car inspected at Firestone. They said that the pads looked new and recently replaced and the rotors also looked ok. they were also not sure what was the reason of the sound.
