Ford Escape Modification Problem

What is the cheapest modification to get at least 300 HP from my V6,200 HP engine?
Can I install the magnetorheological shock absorbers from GM in my SUV?, cost?
Does the 3.5 V6 Ecoboost engine with the 6 speed automatic transmission fit under my SUV hood?, cost?
How these modifications affect fuel economy?
I live in Oviedo, FL; so where can I go to do these modifications?. A certify shop,of course?
Is there warranty available on these modifications?

no cheap mods without internal replcements.

yes but very pricy

not that I see, you may find aftermarket trans but very pricy to make it work

fuel economy will go way down

no warranties on these type of mods.

if you want cheapest, wont happen. you will be spending some very big bucks for this.
