2008 Dodge Caliber Car Will Start Getting Fuel Would There Relay Fuse That

Car will not start. Is not getting fuel. I would like to know if there is a relay or fuse that could cause the fuel pump not to function? If so, where do I find them on the car? I have researched how to change the fuel pump but would like to be sure that it is the problem.
