My van takes Flex-Fuel and regular gas

My van takes Flex-Fuel and regular gas. I put Flex-Fuel in my car and my daughter end up put regular gas in my car. Can that cause my car to stop working.
(It was blow a half tank when my daughter add the regular gas)

It will run on either one or any combination. You will get considerably less fuel mileage with E85. It has to be at least 50 cents cheaper per gallon than regular gas with 10 percent ethanol to be the same value.
