Has had oil leaking from the far left spark plug?

My friends 4 cylinder 08 Pt cruiser has had oil leaking from the far left spark plug also I have changed the oil in many many cars but for some odd reason the oil filter did not come off right which lead me to believe that when she bought this car the person that owned it before hand had no clue as to what they were doing after I finished changing the oil in her car we took it for a test run well. Turns out an old part of the oil filter was still stuck on there causing the oil to completely leak out but that was handled the problem now is the car is ticking badly when you start it up and actually put your foot on the gas many people have told us that it might be the oil pump since the no oil pressure light is coming on also the oil pan it's self has a microscopic crack in it from where the previous owner had bottomed it out and the oil plug is about stripped our main concern is the ticking noise and spark plug having oil around it ( take note only the far left spark plug closest to the oil cap is filled to the porcelain upper half of the spark plug ) we would appreciate knowing if the oil pump needs replacing and also the rubber ring sealing the spark plug off!
