What causes the radio to only play out left rear speakers and make the turn signal have no sound when turning

Time to visit the dealer and get out your wallet. That is what they planned for to cost you money after the sale. Since 1994 we are no longer allowed to buy radio service manuals. You are tied to the dealer and their two grossly overpriced radio repair centers. To insure you can't replace the radio with something better, they built the Body Computer into it. It must remain in the vehicle to have all the functions like chimes and turn signal "sounds".
