How do you become a motorcycle mechanic? Would you go to school for small engine repair? Thanks!

The best thing to do is get some hands on experience, find a motorcycle or small engine shop and see if you can do an apprenticeship, find a tech school somewhere that specializes in what you want to do. hope this helps even though its not really a auto question.

Do you have a motorcycle, if yes, the best teacher is your own motorcycle. Dismantle it carefully and then construct all the pieces together. If not that, visit a local bike mechanic and watch him work and also assist him at times. Then you can specialize on what you want.
