Volkswagen Passat Floor Problem
I parked my car it was ok when i came back to start it the cluch peddle was stuck to the floor

Possible Hydraulic issue (clutch slave or master cylinder)?
Check the fluid level (should be part of brake fluid reservoir)... if low, you might have a leak (master or slave cylinder).
Were you able to pump up the pedal again (after pulling it off of the floor)... if no, might be a mechanical issue (pull transmission).
