Possible Hydraulic issue (clutch slave or master cylinder)?

Check the fluid level (should be part of brake fluid reservoir). If low, you might have a leak (master or slave cylinder).

Were you able to pump up the pedal again (after pulling it off of the floor). If no, might be a mechanical issue (pull transmission).
