As suggested in your other post.... start with a scan of the Engine ECM.

Could be an Injector problem or a mechanical problem (camshaft lobe or hydraulic lifter).

You will be better off going to a VW Garage than trying to solve this yourself.

Diesel engines are more complex to repair / diagnose than Gasoline engines.
