Vibrating at idle and check engine light on. Last week had oil change and brakes done. 120,000 miles on a 2007 toyota sienna. What would it be?

The first step is to find out what the check engine light code is. Some auto parts stores will do that for free.

The MIL is an indication something is wrong and without getting the trouble code, it is not possible to guess what could be wrong.
