Is this with all the sparkplugs out if so the engine is seized-up

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR REPLY. WHAT IS IT TURNS ONLY 15 DEGREES WITH CAMS AND CHAIN OFF? JUST WANNA MAKE SURE I'M DOING MY JOB RIGHT. IT'S MY FIRST TIME ON CHAIN CARS. I THINK I'VE BENT THE VALVES WHILE STARTING THE CAR WHEN THE TIMING WAS OFF. I HOPE NOT. PLEASE HELP ME. THIS NEEDS TO BE DONE BY TOMORROW.

Its not an interference engine-Try turning the crankshaft one revolution unable to - investigate

Possibly something dropped into one of the cylinders.
