While driving, the pressure hose from gear box to the radiator cooling region got broken. Thereby, preventing movement.I stopped, cut the Affected area & replaced it & put another ATF oil. But the truck refused to lift & move forward instead it was engaging only reverse. Finally, it doesn't move in any gear again but makes different noise in the gear-box. So pls. What do I do next to make it move again? Thanks.

Please check the transmission fluid with the engine running and warm. Sounds like either you don't have enough fluid in the transmission (highly likely) or when you drove it with very little fluid in it, the clutches wore down so much that now they can't produce enough friction to move th vehicle (less likely, but possible). Check the fluid!

Thanks a lot. But before I reported this problem to you, I had put 7ltr of ATF & yet the sound persists. Except the clutch has worn out as you said.

What color is the fluid now [when you check it]. If it is still red then there's a chance that the clutches are still good. However, if it is gray, this indicates that the clutches' friction material is floating around in the fliud - then you do have worn clutch problems.
I will continue to check for info to see if there is an economical way to completely diagnose this situation, short of taking it to a transmission shop.
