Try having it scanned for code/s or do it yourself and see if any code/s comes up-One thing for sure you got a burn deal here-No BCM-I wonder what else is missing-

thank u for the reply, i had it sent the the dealer in hopes that im just missing something that that expensive.nor sure if i mentioned all light, horn, interior stuff, trunk, remote key, everything, other then the locked radio works.

Just to add to this one as far as the starting concern goes learning the pass lock is a 30 min relearn process its only 10 mins using the gm service stall.You have to make sure you have a good fully charged battery then try to start it then let the key stay in the run position.Then wait till the security light stops flashing or stays on solid.Then repeat it 2 more times then after the third cycle the engine should start.

hey guys, had it sent to a dealer and was told that my theft deturent module was not communicating with bcm due to bad wiring coming from and to the "TDM", had replaced and my 2007 saturn sky started right up. it is my belief that when the top was damaged it was on a rainy day and the bcm wiring got damaged. thanks hope this helps. ps, the dealer want as dreading as i thought , i mean everyone says bad things about a dealer and leave the fear that they will over charge u. well sure i paid $536 but i had the problem done right and ur under warranty by the best in the game (GM)
