2007 Proton Gen-2 air bag coil

My car cannot strat after engine dashboar completely black out, I check the fuse under the dashboard n found the burn fuse, I replace the fuse then the dashboard icon signal ok and I can start the engine, however the are a problem while I turn the stereng, my friend said there was a problem with air bag coil, how to change air bag coil. My stereng hard to move, power stereng function ok, airbag icon won't dissappear from dashboard panel ever after start my engine
