Nissan Altima Fuse Problem
My heater and cooling system doen't work until the car has been running for awhile? Could it be a fuse and which fuse do I need to change?

If it is a fuse problem, it would not work at all.
Do you mean the blower does not turn on until later?
You need to check for Body Control ptroblems. A scan tool would be required to perform testings. Normal code readers would not work.
