Cause when I pulled the dip stick out it was creamy white with what look like tiny metal sliver Pieces

you have issues.
creamy white is a coolant mix from cooler bad in radiator. metal is never good as it indicates some failure in the trans.

What can Cause the transmission fluid to come out cream white instead of cherry red

as i stated, the cooler is bad and you have coolant in the trans fluid
