Blue smoke problem. Two weeks ago, my car was overheated which led to my gasket being burnt. So I took it to mechanic and packed the car till the next day before a repair is carried out. The burnt gasket was changed but the problem is that the car started bringing blue smoke from morning till in the evening. So please, what is the solution, can it be that the mechanic is not perfect so that I can take it to another mechanic to re-work on the gasket, please tell me what to check on.

When he did the head, it may have been machined and that ups the compression. With a new upper end and old lower end, the rings are passing some oil till they settle down. Nobody did anything wrong.
