I can't get the shifter into gear

2007 Jeep Wrangler Sahara can't get the jeep to go in gear and the gauges don't work and wipers dont work and ac dont work what is the problem I checked all fuses under hood?

LETS START OUT LOOKING AT BATTERY VOLTAGE

ARE YOU ABLE TO TEST IT WITH A VOLTMETER?

Sorry yeah it works the engine turns over and the radio works and headlights and heater and defrost works.

When the Jeep is started the radio comes on heater works defrost works head lights work the things that dont work is all the gauges and lights on the gauges and the a/c and the jeep wont go into gear. I dont see how the spark plugs would have to do with it. The jeep does leak in the corners so I was wondering if the dampness might have blew a fuse somewhere but the only ones I can find our under the hood.

HERE'S 2 DIAGRAMS OF YOUR POWER DISTRIBUTION (FUSES AND SUCH)

THE THING PREVENTING YOU FROM SHIFTING IS CALLED THE "SHIFT INTERLOCK"

I MAY BE ABLE TO GET OTHER DIAGRAMS IF THESE ARE NO HELP

IF YOU CANNOT READ THESE--LET ME KNOW--I CAN GET THEM TO YOU SAFELY

LOCATIONS OF STUFF IS LABELED ON THE DIAGRAMS

SOUNDS LIKE A FUSE OR FUSIBLE LINK---YOU MIGHT EVEN REMOVE AND REPLACE THE POSSIBLE ONES, JUST TO MAYBE SCRAPE THE LEGS FREE OF CORROSION. THIS IS A "OLDER CJ PROBLEM" ALSO
