My jeep is running hot. I changed the thermostat and water pump and did the whole heater core flushing system. And when I turn on the heater I get condensation coming through the vents. Could the fan be the problem if it doesn't come on once it starts to run hot?

Ok I checked the fuses, all good. Also I changed the radiator a few months ago. The only thing I haven't changed is the heater core. Would the heater core being bad cause the problems I listed and could I bypass the heater core by disconnecting it perhaps?

The condensation could be the heater core or the drain for a/c plugged so try unplugging that you'll have to look under the car. Or at bottom of firewall it's item 1 in pic run a wire through it to see if it's plugged. If not plugged then bypass heater core. But it's not causing your overheating. Have it pressure checked for internal leaks like a head gasket.
