2007 Infiniti M45 Repair Question

Can the 2007 infiniti M45 intake fit on the 2003 infiniti m45 heads?
Engine knocks at times

The part number for the manifold gaskets are the same for the 2 years, so the manifold from either year will bolt up. I couldn't tell you whether anything else will bolt up properly. Call a dealer or the junkyard.
