Hyundai Sonata Noise Problem
The engin whistles and gets louder as the RPM increase.

You need to locate the source of the noise. Since it is engine related, it would be easier to pinpoint. Drivebelt related compontns such as alternator, A/C compressor, pullies and power steering pumps are common causes of high pitched noises.
