Clunking noise when turning to the left

Clunking noise when turning to the left. Had a blow out and replaced pass side rear tire only.I was told it was not a good idea to replace just one tire on an AWD but was stapped for cash. Have I done damage to my vechile?

Not really but you need to be checking around the rear passenger side. The blowout could have caused some damage.

Unless the difference in tire thread is a lot, there should be no problem with the new replacement.
