To start, You have to test when problem is ongoing. Check the fuses in the diagram for voltage, has a line pointing at them. The upper fuse goes hot with the key on. The lower two are hot all the time.

The headlamp switch and dimmer should be on the headlamp ground circuit. The ground for the headlamp should be primarily black.

In the diagram for headlamps, the top wires are voltage for high beam and low beam. The bottom wire coming off the headlamps is ground, a constant ground. The headlamp switch appears to ground the low beam relay. Our database doesn't give good info for your headlamp operation, at least I couldn't find it.

If the turn and headlamps both work off the same multifunction switch, I'd have to check that when the problem is ongoing.
