Honda Odyssey Engine Problem

What besides the regular matance should we do at 100000 miles? Anything special I should have done, to keep her going as long as possible. I appreciate your help.

There's a list of recommended items in the owner's manual. Of most importance is the timing belt if your engine uses one. A few years ago Honda recommended they be replaced at 75,000 miles, and they typically broke at 65,000 miles leading to severe internal engine damage. That applies to all "interference" engines which most Japanese models are.

Replace the coolant every two years to get the acids out that build up in it. The additives that prevent that wear out in about two years. A new transmission filter and fluid is probably on that list of recommended services.
