Air is blowing but it's not cool. Just had refrigerant added a few weeks ago and it was just a little low at the time. The failure to cool just began this morning and I then noticed that the charging indicator light is on and that means the battery isn't charging. I have to get this checked I know, but, just wondering if it would have anything to do with the air conditioner not cooling.

First check to see if heater control valve is shut as there shouldn't be hot water going to both hoses. Then pull hvac fuse for 60 seconds and it sometimes resets the actuator. Both are pointed out in pics. If not that then it could be the actuator bad or cable broke, heater vavle not closing.
