2007 Honda Civic Hi 2 2 Diesel Factory Fitted Radio After Approx 1 2 Hour

We have a Honda civic 2.2 diesel 2007
We have the factory fitted radio and after approx 1/2 hour driving the radio turns off then turns itself on again and will continue to do this it intermittently and it increases in frequency until you are forced to turn the sound down as you cannot turn the radio off as it turns itself on again. It also clicks and pops
