1. Car is not giving enough power, it stalls on 2nd gear after a speed breaker unless accelerator is pressed till 3-4 RPM
2. RPM gets stuck to 2000 when brakes are applied and comes down to 1000 after 2-3 seconds.
3. It takes 2-3 seconds for the accelerator to respond when it is pressed.
4. Gas milage is very poor

please help me with above query.

Check the TPS for the power loss.

For the erratic idling/stalling, check the IAC and throttle body.

For the high idle, check for vacuum leakages.
