I put my Acadia in the shop to replace the transmission. When I dropped it off it rode good the only problem was the transmission. Now they say because the way they jacked up the vehicle the struts are now stuck. The shop says that I have to pay for the struts even though they were damaged do to lack of protection. And then said I could drive it like it is. Lol. Should this be my cost?

No way. They did not take proper precautions doing the job.

Go to the shop, have them raise it up and show you. Take pictures and write down everything they told you.

Then tell them you will be contacting a lawyer and the man in the black robe will make a decision.
