Truck is running propane and gas,it wont switch over completely.

5 cylinders are on gas and 1 on propane?? what dmg may result,is it safe to operate,how do I correct this?

The switch over will not take, its running on both fuels at the same time .runs a bit off and it is noticable,ran fine yesterday
