Ford Fusion Wheel Problem

Underneath the dashboard it shakes violently you can't drive over 20 miles an hour it only happens when the car is driven for about 10 minutes .

have front end wheel bearings and axles checked . also check to make sure all lug nuts on wheels are on and tight
