Need to change the Blower motor resistor. Need location, is it under the hood or inside the cab somewhere?

I grabbed you two diagrams from mitchell i. The 1st was "right there", so I grabbed it too

1) speed control

2) resistor

i also looked 'em up at the advance auto parts site, I guessed at your trucks full nomenclature and engine size. Since you did not provide it

i found four "exact fits" for a "xl" w/ a 330 cid

they ranged from about $22 to $99.I reckon, depending on the type you have. It's always my luck the most expensive one

are you just parts swappin', hopin' for a fix, or do you know for sure that the resistor is the problem?

If you need to purchase one, I may be able to explain a method on how to get auto parts cheaper. In my area, wait an hour, and go get it!

Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
