Roll up window
My motor burned out and I want to roll up the window manually

You will have to remove the door trim, disconnect the window motor and push the window up and chock it with a length of timber.

Just to add to this one you could try removing the inner door panel and tapping on the window motor with a hammer while rolling the window up.Sometimes you can get the windows up that way.

if the window regulator cables are sheering would that stop the window from moving up and down
