Dodge Charger Spark Problem

Try to start car and it wouldn't, took the starter to get tested and it was getting power. So I put the starter back in and try to start the car again and it still wouldn't start. But when I turn the key it sounds like the starter motor comes on but won't turn over or start the car. I checked the battery and it's got juice, and the connecters are good and tight. So what else could it be?

If it cranks good but won't start, have a helper crank it, while you visually check for spark at the spark plugs. If you have spark everywhere, use a gage and check fuel pressure.
