try to start car and it wouldn't, took the starter to get tested and it was getting power. So I put the starter back in and try to start the car again and it still wouldn't start. But when I turn the key it sounds like the starter motor comes on but won't turn over or start the car. I checked the battery and it's got juice, and the connecters are good and tight. So what else could it be?
