Chevrolet Tahoe Tail pipe Problem

What does it means when my exhaust tailpipe is blowing out thick black smoke and water

Burning too much fuel. That's kind of relative though. How long did it take to make that spot?

Water dripping from the tail pipe is a byproduct of the catalytic converter doing its job. Most cars have a small drain hole at the bottom rear of the muffler to reduce the chances of rusting the tail pipe.
