If my tires on my 2007 silverado require more air pressure than the truck states on the drivers door will that effect the TPMS
I have followed the instruction manual to reset TPMS after rotating tires but I cannot get the horn to chirp no matter how long I adjust psi or wait after.

Just make sure you do not exceed the max tire pressure listed on the tire.
