car won't start slow clicking noise

My car won't start, there's a slow clicking noise when I turn the key in the ignition, but my wipers and lights work fine Is something Wrong With The Starter? Or Do I Need A Jump (2007 Chevy Impala)

I looked online and its either the starter or the battery, I really don't know much about cars your help is greatly appreciated
