There is a squeal from the right side of the engine. It only happens in a low RPM, below 2. It definitely isn't the belts or EGR valve or DPF. The check engine light comes on every time the car gets over 3000 RPM. Any options?

Scan for codes and check fuel pressure first. We have no info on this car as it's not in u.S. But if you give a code maybe we can help. Also let us know If it's turbo or not. Spray water on the belt and see if noise goes away even if you think it' s not the belt, if the noise goes then replace belt and tensioner
