Saturn Ion Bushing Problem
I need to replace the control arm bushings this has already been diagnosed are there specific tools required to do this or can i do this at home ?

Do you mean the sway bracket bushings?

What i meant was front sway bar link kit and bushings is this something that can be done here at home ? This had been repaired several years ago when car still had bumper to bumper warranty

Yes both of them are pretty easy.
