Saturn Ion Engine Problem
Why is motor oil thin and reddish in color

You're probably looking at the trans fluid.

I drained oil out of engine . Looks thin and transparent . Could it possibly be mixed with fuel ?

That wouldn't make it red and it odor would make it obvious that there is fuel there. Are you sure you drained the engine and not the transaxle. It's done quite often.
