We removed shocks and put new ones and now when we drive it is a smoother ride but every time we go over a bump or turn we hear a loud clank in the front shocks. I don't know if they are loose but they are the same size as last ones and we bought new bushings to go on but idk if that will fix the problem.

Your truck has struts in the front. Usually after they have been replaced and you hear a bumping noise it is becuase the center nut is still loose. Have the people who installed the struts to check/tighten that nut and all other bolts. They should check to be sure that the ends of the coil springs are in the proper place [there is a notch for the ends of the spring to fit against].
