The anti theft light was blinking and making a clicking noise

I went into the store and came out and tried to start my car. None of the lights were working, remote entry wasn't either, clock (analog) stopped working, couldn't even lock/unlock the doors by pushing the button inside the car. When I put the key into the ignition nothing, not even a sound.

Tried the spare key, letting it sit in the on position for 20 minutes, with both keys. Still nothing. The security light and clicking noise are the only things on and wont stop even without the key in the ignition. Let it sit for a few hours came back and tried jumping it. Still nothing. Not even trying to turn over. Help!!
