2006 Mazda 5 windshield wipers have a mind of there own
2006 Mazda5 Mileage 22,000. My windshield wipers seem to have a mind of themselves sometimes. One day they work fine the next day the won't shut off.

It sounds like your wiper control switch or your wiper control module is malfunctioning. That should be checked as soon as possible, you don't want to be in the rain without proper working wipers.
